  12.     The CONSOLIDATED HOME ACCOUNTING SYSTEM VERSION 3.1B is a new an exciting
  13. update to the widely used version 2. It has many features which have to date
  14. not been provided via the "Shareware" route:
  15.  
  16.      1. The print configuration facility in the configuration file has been
  17.      changed to handle the text strings of laser printers. In doing this,
  18.      the method of entering ASCII characters has been changed. If you
  19.      want to enter an ASCII 15 for compressed printing on an Epson printer,
  20.      you now place brackets around the 15 thusly: <15>.
  21.  
  22.      2. The account organization is greatly improved to facilitate the
  23.      system use for a broad range of accounting situations.
  24.  
  25.      3. There is a budgeting and budget summary facility to allow you
  26.      to analize on a MONTH BY MONTH basis the status of your accounts.

  28.      4. There are many additional features which make the program highly
  29.      improved over the version 2 program.
